10:30 Conference "The United States-Japan Reconciliation Process". Lecturer: Professor Norbert Molina (CEAA-ULA).
11:30 Lecture "Japanese Experience in Urban Solid Waste Management: Creation of a Society Immersed in the Cycle of Materials through the 3R's and its application in Venezuela". Lecturer: Ms. Miriam Suárez (AVEXJA-JICA)
12:30 Conference on "History of Baseball of Japan" by Mr. Gerónimo Maneiro
13:30 Lecture by Mr. Pedro Guerrero: "Influence of Anime in Venezuela" and possible encounter with cosplayers and otaku.
